Lunch & Learn: Violet Carson Offers Tips for Fall Gardening

After an exciting summer featuring our children’s Texas Reading Club and youth’s Texas Teens Read programs, we are pleased to announce, Lunch & Learns are back! And what better way to begin the fall season than to bring back a popular favorite?! With hopes of inspiring rain and cooler weather, the Kingsland Library is happy to welcome back lecturer and Master Gardener, Violet Carson as she offers tips on fall gardening.
Please join us on Thursday, August 18th at noon for an exceptional program. As with all library programs, our Lunch & Learns are free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring along a sack lunch and a long list of all their gardening questions. Contact the library for more information.

Be Sure To Check Our Shelves for these Gardening Titles:

  1. The $64 Tomato by William Alexander
  2. All New Square Foot Gardening by Mel Bartholomew
